OroCRM Abandoned cart extension for magento setup? Please help

Hi everyone,

I’m having issues with the setup of automated email templates for abandoned cart and I’m after some expertise. Mainly:

– I cannot create a template that links to the cart entity and have the cart items tags work with this template?

-It also seems like I cannot create a mail template linked to the “cart item entity” and use this template within an abandoned cart campaign, though I tried to include the corresponding tags, they all come out in “N/A”.

To any of you good samaritans out there, please assist me!

Unfortunately you can’t do this. We created appropriate ticket to fix this problem and added it to our roadmap.

It also seems like I cannot create a mail template linked to the “cart item entity” and use this template within an abandoned cart campaign, though I tried to include the corresponding tags, they all come out in “N/A”.

You cannot use this template for Cart Items due to issue mentioned above as our Abandoned Cart Campaign is built based on Shopping Cart entity.
