    HOW WILL I DELETE E-MAILS FROM OROCRM?
    IT WAS TOLD THAT THIS FEATURE WILL BE INTEGRATED IN VERSION 1.9 BUT TILL 1.10 THIS FEATURE IS NOT INTEGRATED.
    PLEASE GIVE ME AN ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION.

    Hi Apurva,

    We indeed have planned to release this feature within 1.9 version but had to reconsider our development plans and de-prioritize it in favor of other features. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please understand that this is the way Agile software is developed.

    I will ask our developers for an interim solution that you could implement to solve your problem. Thank you for your patience.

    Hi,

    I have a couple of workarounds.

    First solution: You can uncheck yours imap folders
    Second solution: You can uncheck your account by clicking on “Enable IMAP”

    After a while, cron will clean your emails in unchecked folders.
