Creating emailcampaign with code or script

Hello Guys!
By trying around with the REST-Api I assumed, that it´ll be an easy thing to also create an emailcampaign with the api.
Showing the API-documentation i saw, that it´s just allowed to use the “OPTIONS” and the “DELETE” methods on emailcampaigns.

So I wanted to ask, if there´s a way to create an emailcampaign through PHP.

What Classes do i need? How do i need to progess?

To create campaign please check this dataset https://github.com/orocrm/crm/blob/master/src/OroCRM/Bundle/CampaignBundle/Tests/Unit/Entity/EmailCampaignTest.php#L34-L48

Minimum requirement for campaign is name and relation to MarketingList
