Hi,
This is a little bit weird problem.
We have 3 Business Units. Lets call them Bu1, Bu2 and Bu3. Created some users belonging to each Business Unit. The access level in roles for these users is set to User Level.
Now when each user logs in they see the accounts for which they are the owner. Until this point no issues. Everything is working fine.
Now when the user creates a Calendar Event and wants to set a context, the Bu1 user is able to see the Bu2 users accounts. This doesn’t happen if the user types the name of the account in the context field. It only happens when the user copies and pastes the entire name of the account in the context field.
So for example, Bu1 user has an account called Alexander Trading. Bu2 user creates a Calendar Event. While creating the Calendar Event if the Bu2 user types “Alexander Trading”, it doesn’t show up. But if Bu2 user copies the text “Alexander Trading” from notepad and pastes it directly in the Context field, the account shows up.
Is this a bug with the Context Search feature? Because I have confirmed that the roles are set properly to user level.
Please help. I am sure that users will copy paste the account name rather than typing it.
Thanks and Regards,
Madhur
