    Hello,
    I am trying to install orocrm locally on my pc, using windows 7 and xampp. After a painful process of installing dependencies and solving problems with them I finally got to browser installation. On the 3rd step (Database initialization) I get the Schema update: Failed and simply cannot move past that. I have read everything on your forum aswell as stackoverflow and got nothing. I am mainly frontend developer and this is sitting quite hard on me but it has to be done :).
    Any help of advice no matter how insignificant you think may be, could help me solve this.

    The solution was to give up on windows and running it on linux.

    @Stike you can try our Virtual Machine for OroCRM on our download page. We will also have OroCRM packaged with Bitnami shortly
