    Hello all,

why can only only one contact be connected to a B2B Customer? Is this entity meant to represent a single person? And why would that be?
Let´s say an account “ACME inc” contains 10 contacts and I am doing classic B2B business with them – do I have to set up 10 B2B Customers? Even if for all 10 persons share the same shipping/billing adress, company name etc?

I know “one account can consist of multiple firms”. But 90% of all times things are simple. One firm multiple persons…

    Cheers,
    Rembert

    Hi Rembert,

This is an overlooked mistake on our side, we’ll try to fix it ASAP. Thanks for pointing this out.
