I’ve been playing around with segmentation and would like to know if it’s possible to achieve the following:

    1) List customers who bought a given product (by sku) on more than one occasion.
    2) Output a LTV segment which also includes a column with total number of orders placed (not RFM based, but the actual number of discrete orders).

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers,

    Ian

    Hi Ian,

    1. Our filtering engine in its current state does not support querying with variable parameters; so far it’s only yes or no. We have plans to enhance its capabilities in our roadmap so thank you for the suggestion, we will give this item a higher priority.

    2. What’s for your second case, it is achievable via reports. Here is a screenshot of Magento Customer-based report that outputs a list of all customers with the total number of orders placed in one column:

Thank you for your interest in OroCRM and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any other questions. Cheers!
