    notification is not working when creating case?
    mail configuratiion is done
    craeted rule and template

    but not working any suggestion

    Hi,

    Is your daemon running? Go to System menu -> Job Queue to check the daemon status

    Also, are you sure your mail configuration is working? You can test by resetting your password by clicking on your name on the top right -> More Actions -> Reset Password. You should be receiving the reset password link by e-mail.

    Hello, t.qadi.
    Notification messages does not sends automatically then some event was triggered.
    To send your notifications, please run the consumer with command app/console oro:message-queue:consume. This will run consumer and your messages will be sent.
