    Hello,
    what is the best way to disable a customer, in order to reactivate it later ?

    Please clarify a meaning of “disable a customer”, are you talking about Magento customers?

    Hello Dima,
    I would like to disabled a B2B customer.
    Let me explain :
    my clients have contracts with a duration of 1 year. Every year some did not renew their contract but it can renew it the following year. During the period when my client has no contract I would like to turn it off.
    I thought of a checked box to enabled / disabled in the B2B customer entity, is this the only solution?

    If you need to track this in entity level without any business logic around – adding a custom field should be just fine.
