I don’t see an option for b2b customer. I just see accounts and contacts. Is this only on the enterprise version?
Go to “System” -> “Channel”
When you are adding or editing a channel, you have to select the entity B2B Customer. Check the image bellow:
Another option is to create a channel of B2B type that is built-in. It will include B2B Customers, Leads, and Opportunities straight out of the box.
