Unable to see order grid matrix on configurable product in frontend

orocommerce version : 1.5

Hello guys,
I tried to create configurable product and added variant products to it like this , but the front-end does not show grid matrix.

I enabled the grid matrix pop up settings in system->configuration->product->Configurable Products->popup Matrix form

configurable and variant products fall under same family and the user has buyer permissions

please assist, what I am missing ?

Note: also cleared the application cache, no effect

Just re-checked ‘popup matrix form’ locally, and everything works fine.

Could you please provide more details about how did you create simple and configurable products? Did you use this instruction?
Note that status of all simple and configurable products must be set to ‘enabled’ when you create them.

Do you have some errors at front-end when buyer click ‘Add to shopping list’ button at configurable product view page? Also check browser`s console for JS errors…

Also check that message queue consumer is up and running after the creation of configurable products. Run it with ‘-vv’ flag (like ‘php app/console oro:message-queue:consume -vv’) to see, when it will finish to process all messages from queue.

yes I followed that document for the creation of configurable and simple products as variant.

I tried again to create a configurable prod but while saving the product I got this error.

im not sure why this error is there, I have already enabled rest of the variant products. and they fall under same family

my message is up and working and running

the window is shows idle state

I have one more question, how would I hide the variant products from frontend and only make configurable product visible?

I tried again to create a configurable prod but while saving the product I got this error.

Could you please provide your product list that you’re try to mark as variants of product. I think you may have some duplications between two or more products. It means you can have for example two products with empty value for your “FRAME / FABRICS” field.

I have one more question, how would I hide the variant products from frontend and only make configurable product visible?

It is not implemented yet, but in development now. Possible workaround can be placing that products to some category, which not present on frontend in menu.
