    Hello Masters,

    I’ve been tried to install orocommerce1.5 in google cloud using bitnami
    and everything seems worked as well but I got the error issue with red notification that said Synchronizer can’t connect to server. Please contact your Administrator.

    The clank server and message-queue actually works too, I think that was port 8080 already in used but i killed then start the clank again. And my open ports are: 80, 443, 8080

    I tried to clear cache, install assets and rerun the queue and clank again but the message still appear.

    Does anybody knows how to solve it? Please give some advice about the issue

    Hello, Rio!

    Hmm, I can’t reproduce on local env, even with some other ports.
    Can you run clank server, and then run the command below and provide the result?

    Hi Viacheslav,

    Actually this is not error, I just opened the port 8080 allow firewall from setting in my server … and finally resolved and work as well :D
