layout items options

where I can find the layout item options , full & well explained
I mean code like this :

- '@add': id: copyright parentId: page_footer prepend: false blockType: text options: text: oro_frontend.copyright escape: false

If I wanna know the meaning of escape or the other options that I can add ?? any help ?? the code is just a Case.

Hello, you can view blockType options in blockType service definition which resides in {Bundle}/Resources/config/block_types.yml

For example, here you can see some options for blockType with content_block alias.
