    email notification is not working.. i already configured the mail box then the template for case creation the the email rules but it still not sending emails to case assigned to or creator??

    in email rule i choosed the reception is assigned to or creator

    Hello, t.qadi.
    Notification messages does not sends automatically then some event was triggered.
    To send your notifications, please run the consumer with command app/console oro:message-queue:consume. This will run consumer and your messages will be sent.
