Sync send email via Oro interface with your send email server

I have a question about oro email synchronization and mail server.

My configuration :

• Debian 9
• Oro community 2.3.6
• mariadb server 10.1.2 (charset utf8mb4_general_ci)
• server mail Gandi (IMAP/SMTP)

I created a mailbox in oro with IMAP and SMTP configuration. I also activate the oro cronjob in the crontab every minutes. My user is admin user and he has mailbox rules.

Indeed when I send an email with my mailbox (thunderbird for example), my email is in my sendbox and in oro sendbox. Sync is ok !
But when I send an email from oro interface, I have not sync with my server mail, only with oro sendbox :( Therefore, I loose all my send email when I am in orocrm.

Do you have a solution ?

It seems your instance of Oro application has incorrect smtp settings. Please check log for any errors and give me example of your SMTP settings for checking.
